Last video, we talked about asthma, which is a common issue in the Spring but can be a problem, especially indoors, even in winter. It’s important to figure out what allergens trigger your asthma attacks and work out a plan to avoid them as much as possible. This includes pet dander, cigarette smoke, chemicals, and others.

We talked about various drugs that help asthma, but in a long-term situation, even a good supply will run out, and you’ll have to think of other strategies. Avoidance of allergy triggers is important, but are there natural remedies that might help?
