    In this video, Joe Alton, M.D., aka Dr. Bones, discusses varicose veins and their complications, and how to deal with them in survival settings.

    Varicose veins are gnarled, enlarged veins caused by issues related to pressure in areas affected by gravity. Any vein may become varicose, but the veins most commonly affected are those in your legs and feet.  Although often just a cosmetic concern, collapsed veins can cause significant medical issues in times of trouble.  For more, check out the video below…
