In Part 1 of this video series on asthma, Joe Alton MD discusses the nature of asthma and how it can be an issue not only in the Spring, but during winter as well. He talks about how asthma works to cause difficulty breathing and other important information that you can use on or off the grid. Plus, some common myths and misconception about the condition.

Part 2 will discuss various conventional therapies for asthma and includes an audio that will help you tell the difference between normal breath sounds from those in someone having an attack.

Part 3 will discuss a number of different natural remedies that have (varying) degrees of effectiveness against asthma.
